Checking the weather before a run

Comments

I check weather every time before the run. A hard lesson learned when I was running in Boston's winter..

Thanks for the tip! This is great. Just back from a 17-miler this morning in DC. Sunny, but chilly! Feeling v tired.

Cheers,

Very cool. I usually just stick my head out the door on the day, and go anyway....

:)

Yup, I always check the weather in the morning. Another great running website is http://www.usatf.org/routes/map/ which allows you to draw out your route on Google maps and exactly tells you the distance. Very cool, I think, and useful if you can't drive around to find out the exact distance.
