What's your favorite song from a Disney movie?
"Prince Ali" written by Howard Ashman and performed by Robin Williams. I can listen to this song over and over again (and my boys provide me the opportunity from time to time).
What's your favorite thing to eat for Sunday breakfast/brunch?
A hardy western omelet, shredded hash browns, and a bottomless mug of coffee.

When was the last time you surprised yourself?
I suprised myself earlier this week when I received the results of my first Master's course: a 96%! Here I was thinking that I wouldn't be able to pull out anything more than a 75%.
I hope this early success signals more good results to come.

What's your morning beverage of choice? Coffee, tea, juice? Homemade or store-bought?
On my drive to work, I try to down 18 ounces of water. During and after my regular morning run, I suck down lots of diluted Gatorade. Finally, when I'm at my desk checking my e-mail, I grab a mug of coffee.

- Brilliant - A great British term that I find myself using all the time.
- Snogging - Another brilliant British synonym for kissing, Made internationally famous most recently by J.K. Rowling.
- Bonk - Not a word I like to ever use to describe my own running situation but a cool word nonetheless. Bonking is the performance drop that happens when you exhaust your glycogen stores during an endurance sports. AKA Hitting the wall.
- Canntaireachd - Is an even more obscure word than Piobaireachd (classical bagpipe music). Canntaireachd is the ancient Scottish oral method of classical pipe music notation. In particular, Canntaireachd was used to teach Ceòl Mòr/Piobaireachd by chanting or singing.
- Anacrusis - is the term used to describe the note or notes which precede the first downbeat in a piece of music. Anacrusis is often called a pickup, pickup note, or pickup measure.

Despite not being a nice boy all year long, My wife Santa gave me an Advanced Design System's 8" Digital Photo Frame (same as embeded photo, although the displayed photo is not my family).
Santa did an excellent job finding a decent sized frame with good resolution (800X600) and this little baby also plays music and videos (includes stereo speakers). I've already got it prepped with lots of family photos for display on my cubicle desk at work.
